Congratulations to Luke, Mark, and the Evolve Audio Visual team for our October Installation of the Month!
For this project, the clients sought a home theatre solution that would transform unused space in their home. By converting three separate rooms into one open-plan space designed for family movie nights, the clients wanted not only a quality audio-visual experience but also practical features like a bar area, as the room was located away from the kitchen.
To meet the spatial and aesthetic needs, Evolve specified a 5.1.2 surround sound system tailored to the room’s layout. Artcoustic’s Evolve series speakers were chosen for their sound quality, scalability, and seamless integration, providing both power and precision. Artcoustic’s design support was instrumental in achieving the desired outcome, with showroom demonstrations, client proposal development, and calibration services ensuring optimal system performance.
The installation included Artcoustic Evolve 3-1 and 2-1 speakers, the Architect 2-1 for additional depth, and a SUB2 subwoofer, driven by an Artcoustic PDA1000 amplifier. For the visual experience, a Sony VPLXW5000 projector was paired with a Denon AVR, while Control4 automation and QMotion curtain tracks provided convenient control and ambiance.
